Week 1 Prize: The Irish Restaurant Awards & Ireland’s Blue Book are delighted to present an overnight stay with bed and breakfast for two in Ghan House, Co. Louth

Built in 1727, Ghan House is a listed Georgian House & Restaurant within 12 acres of walled mature gardens & horse fields. Just a tree length away from medieval Carlingford – with its narrow streets, town gate, castles, priory & ancient walls – a stone’s throw from Carlingford Lough.

Whether you stay in the old house or the garden bedrooms, views of Carlingford Lough, the Mourne Mountains or Slieve Foy are standard. Mountain walks, Carlingford Greenway, Scenic Carlingford Ferry.
